Important booking information
The U-Box reservation stays with U-Haul
Happy Move does not rent, sell, or directly book U-Box containers.
Customers must reserve their container through U-Haul. Moving Help services connected to that U-Box order must also be selected and paid for through U-Haul or the Moving Help Marketplace.
Happy Move is an independent moving company. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by U-Haul.

U-Haul offers separate U-Box Moving Help options. Confirm the exact service shown in your reservation before moving day.
U-Box load or unload
Moving labour at your location
Happy Move can meet the container at your home, apartment, business, storage facility, or U-Haul location to load or unload it. For this service, the customer or U-Haul arranges container transportation.

- Room-by-room placement during unloading
U-Box delivery only
Available only through an approved Moving Help order
When Happy Move is selected for U-Box Delivery Only through U-Haul, the provider picks up the container from the assigned U-Haul location, delivers it to the customer, and returns it according to the order. The customer handles the loading or unloading.
This service cannot be booked through Happy Move’s direct website form.
Delivery with load or unload
Container transport and moving labour in one approved order
When this service is booked through U-Haul and Happy Move is the selected Moving Help Service Provider, the confirmed order can include container pickup, delivery, loading or unloading, and return to the assigned U-Haul location.
The exact number of containers, trips, dates, and service steps are controlled by the U-Haul reservation.
Packing and preparation
Prepare furniture and boxes for container loading
Happy Move also offers direct packing services, furniture wrapping, selected disassembly, and general labour-only moving. These services may be booked directly with Happy Move when they are separate from a U-Box Moving Help order.

Start the container reservation on U-Haul’s official website.

Choose the U-Box delivery, load, or unload option that fits the move.

Choose Happy Move from the available Moving Help providers and complete the order through U-Haul.
